From concept to finished product we can help you with anything you can imagine. We have extensive experience manufacturing and fabricating products and parts for automotive, industrial, residential, aerospace and oilfield customers. We also welcome walk-in customers and repair work. We offer MIG, TIG and Arc welding services in house and mobile. This gives us the capabilities to weld aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel and exotic metals.

In 2014 we purchase a new Torchmate X 5’x10′ CNC plasma cutting table. This addition allowed us to cut aluminum, mild steel and stainless steel in house giving us more control of quality, creative freedom and lower lead times. Plasma cutting is a very versatile cutting process and it allows us to quickly and accurately cut 22ga sheet metal and up to 1″ thick plate holding a .015″-.030″ tolerance.

With over 25 years of machining experience in the job shop and manufacturing industries we can tackle any project with precision. We can make, repair or modify your parts on our CNC lathes or machining center.

The Final stage of our projects is the Finish. In 2015 we built a 4’x4’x7′ powder coating oven and procured an industrial Nordson spray system. This Process gives us the ability to add a durable industrial coating to any piece.
